100 IT start-ups in 5 yrs to stop brain-drain: Rohan

Goa government has now set a new target of 100 start-ups in 5 years in the information technology sector.
Besides a start-up policy, Information Technology Minister Rohan Khaunte is talking of new incubation centre as well as one part of Chimbel IT park only for the start-ups.
The target is to get the youth, who have migrated, back to Goa.
It was Rohan Khaunte’s first elaborate speech in the Assembly after he took over the IT ministry.
His main focus is on policy, infrastructure and creating opportunities
