One such Russian guide was caught by a tour operator at Dudhsagar waterfall in Collem. But the Russian denies the charge. 

Misha is a Russian national, allegedly found functioning as a guide at Dudhsagar waterfall by Goa’s tour operator Joseph Baretto of Passive Active Tourism.

The Collem police immediately moved into action and handed him over to the tourism department officials in Panaji. 

Misha claims he has all the legal documents. He has been asked to produce the documents before any action is initiated against him.
